Located in Wylie, Country Club Café shows no signs of slowing down as Executive Chef Stephen Wylie continues working with his culinary team to develop exciting new additions for the menu. Eggs Benedict is a menu-standout with poached eggs and ham placed on top of an English muffin topped with hollandaise sauce for $8.99. The dish is served with a choice of breakfast potatoes or grits. Chef Wylie also features a chicken fried steak (or chicken) with gravy, two eggs and hash browns for $11.99
Each month, Country Club Café offers seasonal specialty pancakes throughout the day. Customers dining for the first time will receive a free pancake delivered hot from the kitchen. Chef Wylie’s cinnamon swirl pancake topped with creamy icing and whipped butter is considered a champion among pancake creations. Prepare to fall in love with each unforgettable bite.
Country Club Café offers a daily Blue Plate special using only the freshest ingredients. One of their most popular Blue Plate specials, available each Thursday, is perfectly seasoned chicken and dumplings made from scratch the night before. Friday’s smoked pork tenderloin special, served with a choice of two sides, is among the café’s most requested plates.
The burgers at Country Club Café are prepared using Angus beef that is placed inside a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato and onion. For those interested in building their own burger, additional grilled toppings include peppers, mushrooms, onions and jalapenos. For customers dining on the lighter side, an array of soups, salads and sandwiches are available. The kitchen also busily bakes a variety of fresh croissants, buns and rolls daily.
