PERMIT FROM THE CITY REQUIRED
The City of Murphy requires each yard/garage sale holder to acquire a “free” permit for their sale. Yard/Garage advertising signs may only be placed in the yard of the yard/garage sale holder. Additional signage may be placed in the yards of neighbors if permission is granted. No signs may be placed along roadways, in medians or at corners.
