How can we start this project? We need a new board on board fence along North Murphy Road. Our house backs to this fence and I am replacing my fence with board on board in the next two weeks. Now I will have a nice new fence but I have to look at the old....10+ year old....pickets. There are metal post and brick columns already there so we would just need the wood.
How can we get this approved? This only effects 6-10 houses but it still needs replaced. I was told that we have HOA meetings once a month or so but that was 2 years ago and I haven't seen anything posted about them since (not the yearly meetings).
It really is bad....you can stick your hand all the way between most pickets! We pay dues and I hope just because it effects only a small percentage of the homes this doesn't stop the up keep it needs! |

Just a quick follow up to my own post...
I called Principal Managment and talked to Glen Ridge Estates manager.
Lisa Walker is her name and she was VERY friendly and listened to my concerns. She has instructed me to e-mail her with the details/photos of the fence. She said they are going out for quotes to repair this fence so I am crossing my fingers we get some repairs soon on this fence. |
