On Saturday, June 24, friends, family and The View Askew fans gathered at Starbucks in Murphy to purchase Diana Estill’s new book, Driving on the Wrong Side of the Road.  Diana personally signed 40 copies of her book at the event co-hosted by the Murphy Messenger and Starbucks. A drawing was held for a Starbucks gift basket and the winner was Murphy resident, Karin Barna.

 NFC Sports, Inc. Construction to Begin in August

 
Signage is up on the 151 acre building site of NFC Sports, Inc. (Nuevo Frontier Christian Sports, Inc.) at the “T” of FM 544 and McCreary Road in Wylie. The facility will offer state-of-the-art indoor and outdoor sports facilities, training and tournament hosting.
