UNIDENTIFIED DECEASED CHILD?

On Thursday, April 15, 2010 at approximately 9:10A.M. Wylie Police Department responded to a dead body in the 1900 blk of Skyview Drive.?

The Collin County Medical Examiner was able to establish the victim was a white male child approximately 6 years of age, brown hair, brown eyes, approximately 39” tall and approximately 28lbs.? It appears the child had significant medical needs.? The child shows signs of being fed through a feeding tube.

The Collin County Child Abuse Task Force is asking that any persons with information about the identity of this child, specifically In-Home health care providers, school personnel, day care personnel or community based social services to contact:

On Thursday, April 15, 2010 at approximately 9:10 A.M., Wylie Police Department responded to a possible dead body in the 1900 block of Skyview Drive.? Upon arrival officers discovered the body of a small child.? The child is described as a white male approximately 3 years of age or older.? The boy has not been identified.? Results of the autopsy are pending.? The Collin County Child Abuse Task Force and Wylie Police Department ask that if anyone has any information to please call 1-800-843-5678 (1-800-THE-LOST).

Upon arrival Officers observed the body of a child near Eastfork Park.? Wylie Police Department is working with the Collin County Child Task Force to investigate this incident.?? ?

» House Fire in Windy Hill Farms; One Fatality

Murphy, TX – At 10:27 a.m. November 29, 2009? Murphy Police received a call regarding a structure fire in the 200 block of Seleta. Units arrived at approximately 10:32 a.m. and found the house fully involved. Murphy Fire with the assistance of Plano, Wylie, and Sachse Fire Departments extinguished the fire at approximately 11:18 a.m.

There is one fatality. The preliminary investigation indicates that the fatality is not associated with the fire. The cause of death and the fire are currently under investigation.
