Michael Robert Haffner, age 48 of Murphy, TX, passed away November 21, 2008. He was born December 14, 1959, in Traverse City, MI, to Robert and Donna Haffner. Michael was an engineer for Wyle Information Systems Group and a member of Gateway Community Church.
He is survived by his wife: Lisa Haffner; children: Scott and Laura; parents: Robert and Donna Haffner; brother: Steven and wife Molly; sister: Nancy Hinkle; grandmother: Erma Baldridge; father- and mother-in-law: Jack and Yvonne Prevo; brother-in-law: John Prevo and wife Cindy; nieces and nephews: Matthew, Allison, and Jackson Haffner; Allison and Katie Prevo.
Funeral services will be held 10:00am Monday, November 24, 2008, at Meadows Baptist Church, 3001 Los Rios, Plano, TX. The family will receive friends at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rockwall Chapel on Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00pm.
