Eric Langford has been involved in the Dallas-area real estate industry for 25 years, developing and investing in a variety of commercial property types totaling over $1 billion dollars.

For the past several years, he has worked in partnership with the City of Murphy on a 76-acre, $100 million retail project that is now under construction at the northeast corner of Murphy Road and FM 544.  The city and developer share a vision for a top-quality center for shopping, entertainment, dining and relaxation that is about to become a reality.

Among other current projects is a 182,000 BTS project for Carrier Corporation in Carrollton, Texas.

Langford served as founding president of the 2000-member North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and received North Texas’ highest real estate honor, the Stemmons Service Award, in 1996.
