Murphy, TX – The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is currently resurfacing North Murphy Road.  The City of Murphy has been informed that there is an unexpected issue with the method being used for resurfacing.  TxDOT is the process of correcting the problem, and will have it resolved by this evening. 


Please avoid N. Murphy Road, from Betsy Lane to Parker City Limits.
 
If your vehicle requires cleaning due to the road material, please hold on to any receipts for car wash services.
