Lowe’s –
First Store to Open in Murphy Marketplace

Joey Scott, store manager, and his friendly staff opened the new Lowe’s store in Murphy Marketplace on Monday, July 7th for area contractors.

The official opening was held on Thursday at 8 a.m. featuring a “board sawing” ceremony and the Murphy Chamber’s traditional ribbon cutting ceremony. Mayor Bret Baldwin was given the honor of sawing the board and cutting the ceremonial ribbon.

On Saturday Lowe's hosted a Young Builder workshop.
