Murphy resident, Mary Pat Elledge, a Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty, recently received the nationally recognized Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation.
The Graduate REALTOR® Institute is a national education program offered by the Texas Association of Realtors® (TAR). Mary Pat completed ninety hours of specialized instruction in legal issues, finance, marketing, real estate investments, professional standards and technology tools prior to earning her GRI designation. This special designation represents a Realtor's knowledge and professionalism of which less than 10% of TAR's 70,000 members have earned.
