Line gives basic info on audit and accepts voicemails
MURPHY (February 28, 2011) As the City of Murphy conducts its system-wide audit of water service, an information line has been set up to accept calls and provide general information on the assessment and its effect on the service, according to Candy McQuiston, Customer Service Manager.
“Crews will be out auditing the system on a door-to-door basis throughout the month of March, and this activity may raise questions about what’s happening and why. The info line is designed to answer basic questions and provide residents a way to ask questions,” she said.
The number is (972) 468-4107. Calls to that number will be constantly monitored for messages. The number is valid through the end of March. Questions will also be handled through the regular Customer Service line (972) 468-4100.
